Christmas in April?

So, I know I'm only 4 months behind but for the grandparents sake, I need to post all of these. We had a nice Christmas and celebrated with the Dave Gibb cousin's. We had such a busy few months and Tim was so good about trying to help me. He wrote the letter and he helped get a family picture together but we just ran out of hours and never got the letter printed and sent out. Maybe next year. Here is our picture though that you would have gotten if the picture would have been sent out. Dang, these girls are cute.

Here's Christmas morning. The one thing that I was so excited about our house was Christmas morning. We would be able to come down the stairs, look in our stockings and then go and see what Santa left - since he doesn't wrap all his gifts. It was just how I imagined. The girls got to enjoy their stockings - Tim and I had to remind them that we still needed to go in by the tree.

McKenna wasn't too thrilled about getting up with the girls but we couldn't just leave her in bed.

The best gift of the day was from both grandparents and the mom and dad (us.) They got a Wii. Who didn't? It seemed like everyone either had one or got one at Christmas. As you can see they were thrilled. What is funny to me is that they mostly like to play it as a family and I love that we can all play and enjoy it.

Later that day we went to dinner at the cousin's house. (Have I mentioned how much we miss having them live down the street? I made the big boys scarves and hats for Christmas. Either they really liked them or they are just super sweet boys and humored me. Tim took some pics of them modeling them.

It just isn't a party with out Maya.

Here's sweet McKenna after sharing MANY a Diet Cokes with Aunt Roberta. (It was pay back for Tim getting Landon hooked on Mt. Dew.)

I'm hoping to get caught up soon so be ready to see some MAJOR Blogging from the Van Busta-Rhymes. Or, look back in another 4 months and I might have Easter posted.

I sure miss those cute little girl's. McKenna is getting so big and I sure miss getting to cuddle with her. Yes, we miss Tim and Casey too. I really don't have any really close neighbors and I miss being able to call you Cas when I need something to finish dinner. Hope to see you guys soon

Great pic. Tim is one lucky guy to be surrounded by five beauties!
