My thoughts this morning go out to all of you that get to vote today. I hope that everyone has studied and searched to learn about the candidates and their abilities to vote for the person that will lead our country in the right direction. For me this is Mitt Romney. He is outstanding. The man is a genious. He helped MA and now he can help the whole country.
I don't know why it upsets me so when I listen to the media. I don't expect anything else from them. They are trying their hardest to get McCain elected to make sure that Hillary or Obama win the general election. For some reason they keep spouting off that Romney is so far behind. He and McCain are only 4 delegates apart. But does the media say anything about that? NO!Just this morning one of the morning shows announced that they would be talking with the front runners of this race: Hillary, Obama and McCain. Where is Mitt? Is he not worthy of them? I consider him just as much a front runner as the rest of them. The only thing that makes me smile about all of this is that they must be SO AFRAID and he must be such a threat that Mitt will win and they are doing everything they can to make sure he loses. I KNOW that is how McCain is feeling - that's why he has come out and told all the lies that he can - to make him look better. A good friend of mine has always told me: "Cheaters never prosper unless your Marque Trosper." :) (Just a little shout out to you Marque.) I truly hope this will be the case for today. McCain has just been playing his dirty politics again.

For the record: While I may be able to prosper while in the act of cheating, I choose not to cheat, thus prospering even more.

Casey I am 100% with you. I am so depressed today and so mad and also cleaning because I didn't do a darn thing yesterday!!! You need to explain to me how he is only 4 behind?? I don't get it? They are making it look like he is far far behind??
I went online last night and read some articles in the Salt Lake Tribune after the articles they let people comment. There were so many angry mormon haters on there saying terrible things. I really upset me last night. When do WE ever talk about hating other people because of THEIR religion - NEVER!!
Oh you guys are so funny....It makes me miss you. I love how spirited you get casey. I'm with you! I'm afraid for America. I believe the media controls to much of what we see and hear and because of that the information gets distorted. It's hard to know whats true or not. you really have to do your reserch to find the truth. and lets face it how many people really take the time for that! not enough! And that's exactly what the media is hoping for. It makes me depressed just thinking about it. All we can do is pray for the best!!!
Americans don't use their brains Casey. Sorry to break the news to you, but it is the truth. That is why there are things like laugh tracks and political talk shows. The far majority just wants to be like everyone else. It is much easier to be told what to do or how to think. Like Devo said, "Freedom of choice is what you have, freedom from choice is what you want."

Yes. I'm fine, Marque. I just worry what our economy will be like when you have a President who doesn't understand it like Mitt Romney. People seem to be so worried about it but they don't see the assett they have right in front of their faces. We'll just see how the next four years go. Start saving before all the dems take all our money.

It is sad to see Mitt out. I am a registered independent. In Utah, an independent can vote in the primaries any way you wish. I knew Mitt had Utah wrapped up, so I voted for Obama to make sure Hillary didn't win Utah.

You have to realize that I'm coming from the perspective of a HS teacher. Our education system, in many ways, has bred people to be robots. People just want to be told what to do and they will do it. That is why I love to teach art. It makes my students VERY uncomfortable when they have to make some decisions on their own.
I echo your sentiments casey!!! It is too bad I may have to refrain from voting all together. I cannot believe what we have to choose from...and I use the term "choose" very loosely.
