Is it true? Is Alexa really 16? Yep! And we love it. She is so fun and such a good girl. She's a great example to her little sisters and seems to be just all around kind to people. I am so proud of the young woman she is. She keeps us laughing and miss her when she's away and busy.
For her birthday we gave her 16 gifts. 16 of her favorite things. The first came on her door. What 16 year old doesn't love money. (Those are just $1 bills if you're wondering.) After she left for school I set out all of her gifts all numbered and ready to open.

That weekend she had her friends over for pizza, a trip to the mini-golf place to play golf and do the bumper cars. They came back for a donut cake.

These beautiful flowers arrived from her Grandparents in CA. They wanted to make sure she felt special as well - and she did.
I think she had a great time. We are so excited to watch her grow and have so many great opportunities. Can't wait to see what she'll do next.
