It's official. We have a child old enough to mow the lawn. One less job for us to do. Now we can sit back and relax. Actually, we'll just have more time to do MORE jobs.
Does she look like a pro, or what?
This was her first time and her mom that gets a little "OCD about the direction of how the long gets cut was pretty impressed with how straight her lines were, not to mention they were going all the same direction.

GOOD WORK Alexa! That is a huge yard and your lines are super awesome!
Give his poor kid a break! That is not a lawn you are making her mow, it looks more like a football field!!
Wow! Aren't you lucky! Actually Don is the one that does that at our house so I guess I really can't fully understand your excitment over this. However, I can bet that it is a wonderful feeling. Good for you!
I wanted you to know before this weekend was up how thankful I am for you. When you lived here You were one of my best friends and I'm just greatful we still get to keep intouch. I'm thankful for all of our long conversations we used to have. We really didn't know how to do the quick visits did we. And you know how to raise wonderful children. A great example you are for me in that area. Another thing I am truely thankful for. I love your blog and how you always seem so happy with your life, good or bad. You are awesome and I love you! I just wanted you to know that:)
Oh, dito Cherston! I just wanted to say, I can't wait for the day. With three boys, I sure better have the best lawn EVER someday!
Dang! That is so awesome! I'm super jealous you have a child not only old enough to mow the lawn, but responsible enough!!!
Have I mentioned yet how much I like your picture at the top of your blog?!
