To start off the season I was asked to be in charge of the decorations for the ward party. Not my area of expertise but I did call in a couple of ladies that I knew could help me work miracles with our little budget.

I found this subway art on pinterest. I loved them so I just bought them so I could keep them for my house.
These weren't from the ward party but I had to capture a picture of them. When I got these shells out to decorate my house it made me homesick for NC. My dear friend, Jan Eckholdt made and gave me all the shells that are all over this garland. I love them so much.
Our next Christmas Festivity was Tim's work party. In NC the Christmas parties were formal and only for adults. I wasn't always comfortable there, not knowing anyone and everyone drinking way too much. When we moved here this office started having family Christmas parties which we LOVE. Last year was so fun and so the girls really looked forward to this year. It was at a nice resort and so, of course, in AZ you have a patio Christmas party. The weather was beautiful.
