My Mother's Day!

Tim was in Tucson over Mother's day and so my sweet girls took care of everything.  They made me breakfast in bed.  Check out that happy face! 

 After church we invited a few friends.  The Black's have 4 daughter's also and they were preparing to move to Chicago.  There dad was gone also.  My dear friend, Becky Kaselis and her kids came also.  It was nice to share the responsibility of dinner.  We all just made one thing and brought it to share.  I just didnt' get a picture of all the food.  It was a yummy meal though. 

Alexa wanted to show off her cooking skills and made this buttermilk lemon pound cake.  It was so good and no leftovers unfortunately.

 No, these two aren't sisters but they sure are cute in their not planned, matching outfits.  Oh, how we miss the Black's.

 These two ladies have been such good friends.  I miss them terribly but am so glad for the time I

had to spend with them.  They have taught me so much and I am a better person because of it.
