Ice Skating

For Maya's birthday she wanted to go ice skating. With her birthday being right before Christmas, we ran out of time to go. So after the new year we finally got to go (in between all the bread baking.) Here are a few action shots from our fun. It got us ready and anxious for the Olympics to start!
Maya and Alexa ready to roll (or should I say, ice.)
Lookin' good, Tim.
Waiting for the zamboni to "fix" the ice.
All us girls!
Here I am just before I did a fabulous triple salchow. (I wish.)
I love to see smiles like this. So genuine, you know she's having a great time!
I thought this was pretty funny. Maya with her gloves and short sleeves. The girl definitely does her own thing ALL THE TIME!

Can't wait to go again next year.

I cannot tell you how much I dislike ice skating, yet my children love it. This is what my 4 year old wants to do for her 5th b-day next month, and I'm gonna have to break down and ice skate with her. I will definitely be blogging it, stay tuned. Just glad you all had some fun.
