Our scary pumpkins
Recreating the pumpkin
(That's all she got from her $15 fieldtrip. - Don't EVEN get me started.)
I realized that I am terrible at recording memories. I think this is the first video taken of McKenna talking. Enjoy Grandmas!
Of course, it wouldn't be a post without showing off how AWESOME my husband is. Not only did he do all the carving but he cleaned up after himself. You go, GUY!
All Lit up!

I love Tim's expression - he's saying, Yeah, I'm the man....
You are so much more awesome than me. We had 1 pumpkin on our porch ($2.50 from Aldi) which we didn't even carve! Thankfully Andrew's work always has a pumpkin carving contest--where they supply the pumpkins. Sweet! So, we at least had that finished product lit up on our porch. Yeah, I'm not so big on halloween. It's just one thing to get past to get to the good stuff---Thanksgiving and Christmas!!!
And yes Tim, you are totally awesome!!!

I LOVE THIS POSTING! The girls are so fun. It is so fun to hear McKenna and see how much see she is growing. We miss seeing your family. Tim, that picture is great.
Mare, I am the same way. I found our pumpkin at Harris Teeter for $4 and brought it home for Tim to carve. I pretty much didn't do any of it. Oh wait, I did scoop out some of the guts. I've kind of turned it into Tim and the girls tradition.
Great pumpkins.
