I have such a hard time posting on my blog because when I sit down to do it, I spend all of my time reading everyone elses. I love getting ideas and being inspired by you all. Thanks for all of your examples.
I have to share one thing. I have written about a darling friend of mine, Chelsie. I have mentioned how great her blog is and how inspiring it is. She always writes about how she showed love to her husband or how he showed love to her that day. I thought, what a great idea. I want to focus on how I show love to Tim. The problem is that I end up just noticing what he does for me. I have discovered that I am quite a selfish person compared to how he treats me. So, I decided to share how Tim has shown love to me:
Tuesday night (while I hid in the office working on church stuff.):
1. Made dinner
2. Did the dishes
3. Cut up a whole watermelon (I hate cutting up watermelon.)
4. Brought the laundry down to the laundry room so I could start the laundry the next morning.
Wednesday night (while I was at church):
1. Put the kid's to bed
2. Cleaned the kitchen
3. Waited to eat dinner so we could eat together
4. Folded the laundry
5. Changed the laundry
Thursday night:
1. Ran to the store to buy choc. chips (just cause I told him I really wanted Choc. chip cookies.)
2. Made choc. chip cookie dough
3. Cleaned up after himself.
I think I'm a little spoiled, but don't tell him that.

Wow. I was convinced before. I am convinced again, you are the COOLEST, most WELL BALANCED lady I know! I love how you wrote about your SWEET husband ( did I mention he is SWEET?) Your amazing running capabilities( I walk, sometimes fast...er...) And your commitment to freedom all in one day! You are too awesome.
I really want to go to a tea party. I love how you educate your children about what matters. You do such a wonderful job.
LOVE YOU,
Chelsie
I'm a Tim fan too!!!
Thanks Chelsie for such kind words. I REALLY want to be a well balanced person - now if I can just convince myself that I really do accomplish it every now and then. Make sure to go to a tea party. It was awesome. I don't hae a lot of time to really do much but it makes me feel that I'm not the only one and also that I am doing my part to support those that are really trying to make a difference.
We are coming out for the wedding in July. Can't wait to see you and your beautiful family.
BTW, I know I haven't commented on your blog much but let me tell you, it is so uplifting and inspiring. On the days I feel the most tired or least spiritual I know your blog will uplift and help me try and do better. Thanks for all you do.
It makes me proud that my son is sensitive to you and helps you so much.
Okay this comment has nothing to do with Tim but I will at least say I am jealous.
I was blog hopping and was looking at The Zollingers blog, I noticed in some of the pictures it had some people I thought I knew or some names at least I recognized. It was the Brownings. Anyway I know Nathans parents from my ward in Fontana. They were actually our kids adopted grandparents and even took them to Disneyland once. What a small mormon world we live in. I just thoght I would share my crazy find with you.
Well, now I am inspired! It is good to know that my friends are being spoiled just like I am by their husbands. It sure makes you notice the little things more that our sweethearts do. Thanks for sharing. I wanna do a post like yours and your friend's. I will watch his every move starting tomorrow!
Hey Casey, you´re not spoiled at all...enjoy having such a great husband and being loved so much...
Love, Natalie
I agree that Tim is fantastic (down to earth, committed, and accomplished), but, let's not forget another great quality: he has great taste in women.
